The reporter’s words
The stormwater grate has been cleaned out intersection Sylvan/Hillmorton Streets, however the rest of the gutter on the East side of Sylvan St is full of leaves. At the first rain, these will all just wash down and block that grate and cause flooding as it always does at this grate at this time of year. With all the oak trees on the West side of Sylvan St loosing their leaves, these gutters need clearing almost weekly until the leaves have all fallen. Thanks.
