The Hornby Swimming Pools are unclean. They have algae covering the sides & bottom of the pools. I was in the Hydrotherapy pool this morning at 7:50 & notice the green algae coverings. The bottom of the pool was very slippery, making it difficult to walk through without slipping. These pools need cleaning. I first spoke to a pool attendant in a red uniform who tried to dismiss it as an issue. She spoke to another woman. I complained at the reception, who took my name and phone number for contact
