Trees - General
Reported Friday, 20 March 2026 at 7:30 pm, Canterbury, Christchurch 8025, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
The tree growing in the middle of the road has branches growing from the bottom of trunk. This is blocking the view of people (very after children) who cross the road on the path right behind the tree. It also blocks view of people driving that people are crossing. It’s extremely dangerous especially right outside a busy children’s park. The same issue occurred a year ago. The branches growing from bottom need trimming so they permanently don’t grow back.
