The reporter’s words

I'm very frustrated at why the CCC spent money smoothing out this cul de sac which has created a burnout pad for boy racers. it happens everyday, there is no police presence and they don't do anything about it when notified. If there was speed bump it would disperse them to sugerloaf non residential area or to a area with police presence A speed bump wouldn't created noise or vibration in this area that would effect residents. It wouldn't create a challenge for other drivers, it a cul de sac.
