The reporter’s words
Thus bollard becomes a hazard to passers by at night as it blocks the centre of the Esplanade path and is hard to see in the dark. Cyclists and walking groups frequently unaware of it and injuries have resulted. The address is Scarborough Esplanade, by Ocean Cafe.
