There is a dog that has been barking constantly since about 8pm last night (Tuesday 24 March). It is coming from a property in upper View Terrace in Huntsbury. This happens from regularly. Previous efforts by neighbours to approach the owner have resulted in her being very condescending and not willing to take responsibility for how annoying her dog is to her neighbours. Could council visit please?
