The reporter’s words

there appears to be no advanced detectors, and no detectors at the traffic signals (when stopped waiting) for the Northern Line Major Cycleway at the crossing beside the railway crossing at Wairakei/Strowan Rds, just east of Jeffreys Rd. there used to be underground loops. now we just have the beg buttons. could a higher level of service please be added here, as people are waiting a long time to cross.
