I live at 22 streamside court & the Stream Reserve over my back fence which is ccc land has a sit that is so disgusting & covered in bird poo & is so old. you have recently removed the dead trees that fell but I hope you could please stain or paint the sit as I live in Streamside Court which is an over 60's village & the residents walk around to this stream reserve as the pathways to it are part of our village & it would be lovely if we could actually sit on the seat as residents need to sit
