The reporter’s words

Not too happy with the rubbish collector for this area who keeps leaving the green bins ( neighbours too) on the street, in some cases blocking the driveway. Never had that problem until the collector started his run later in the morning and now finds cars parked on the street. It is blatantly obvious, the collector cannot be bothered returning the bins to where they should go. The photos sent are of two different runs. One today 9 April, the other one, blocking the driveway. 19 March.
