The reporter’s words

Due to a missing corner piece, this drain cover has dropped into hole at least twice recently when a vehicle has driven over it. imho very dangerous for cyclists. motor bikers and possibly cars with smsll wheels. Surely there are replacements read to drop in. i will be happy to pick up from a council depot if that will get a quick fix of the issue
