The reporter’s words

Complained to council about lack of drainage last year (storm water drain is not until 12 and a long way for the water to travel from). During rain, significant pooling occurs across 16 driveway and with no where to go causes back flow/pooling via 16's drains. This issue was recently "fixed" by raising the guttering at the end of the street directly outside 16, however it is lower than what it was prior and has made the issue worse. This is the state the grass was left in too, needs fixing.
