the fencing and rocks on the footpath have prevented use of the footpath for 8 years. children walking to school are forced to cross the intersection of nayland street and Richmond Hill road, which is dangerous, especially as all city-bound traffic is re-routed during construction on Marriner St. Please ask this landowner to clean up their mess and return the footpath to public use.
