The reporter’s words

The water pipes were changed on our street and the contractors have left big holes in our driveway that now causes water to pool. The new meter boxes are sitting extremely proud out of the ground and are a tripping hazard at least. They never sat this high. I contacted the company and they said we only seal up to the boundary. The problem is the water never used to pool here and there certainly was never any holes like there is now. Can I ask that this be fixed
