Overgrown Vegetation
Reported Friday, 24 April 2026 at 12:08 pm, 106 Dyers Pass Road, Cashmere Canterbury 8022, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Dyers Pass Rd descending between Pentre Tce & Hackthorne Rd lower intersection there are 4 road signs obscured by vegetation. A) Pentre Tce street sign B) Kiteroa Pl street sign & yellow ‘intersection warning’ sign C) large green ‘suburb direction’ sign As they’re on the ‘descending’ side of the road some traffic pick up speed. We also have a number of tourists/visitors to Sign of The Takahe/Kiwi who get distracted with the view when travelling down - so we need clear visible road signage.
