Wastewater/Stormwater
Reported Friday, 13 September 2019 at 9:05 am, 8, Defender Lane, Redcliffs, 8081, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
Can you please make sure that this is safe. For some reason the cover has been half removed This is below the land that was red zoned and is now grassed below Defender Lane. It is a health and safety issue. While you are there there is a new house being built off Glendevere Rd that you can see from here. Have you approved access from Defender Lane as part of the subdivision consent of the sections off Glendevere Terrace. There is also a small house at the intersection of Egnot Heights and Challenger Terrace. Does this house have code of compliance. It is being lived in but it still has temporary power. What is happening with the sewerage? Are they trying to exploit a loophole?
