The reporter’s words

This is the fifth time I have reported that the council owned land abutting my property has a significant amount of dead and live weeds which now host a rats nest and accumulating rubbish, which has not been tackled despite CCC pest inspector visit and daily sightings of rats and baby rats which are overrunning my property and my neighbours in hay street. I spoke to the city care Gardner today and he said he was not aware of the issue although could clearly see it needs attention
