This is a duplicate report. The original report was sent on Sep 08, 2019. Outside 31 hodgens Road a black rubbish bag has been dumped overnight. These bags have typically been dumped down the other end of hodgens and usually on the selwyn side of the road. We are currently waiting for 3-4 bags to be collected by selwyn that have been dumped in the last 7-10 days. Perhaps selwyn could collect this bag as well? This dumping has been going on for two years and we are all sick of it. Please can we get some good quality cameras installed to catch this $&@#%*.
