Blocked sump/ outlet pipe is blocked (as photo out outlet head wall and outlet drain that is full of debris and young trees/shrubs) a needs small excavator to re-establish outlet channel and prevent flooding of sump and road shoulder. Extent of surface flooding is approx 80m long and goes out into traffic lane and across footpath.
