Trees - General
Reported Thursday, 30 April 2026 at 2:18 pm, 9 Hurunui Street, Cracroft, Christchurch 8025, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Nobody wants these grass verge trees. They ruin the sun for the southern residents and block the drains with leaves and the roots are lifting the footpath and probably damaging services underneath and are too big for grass verges. Please take them down. If you survey the neighbours you will find they're all in agreement over this. They are liquid amber trees so they're not natives.
