Damaged Road
Reported Monday, 4 May 2026 at 6:34 pm, 11 Simeon Street, Spreydon, Christchurch 8024, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Chip is being thrown up by cars onto cyclists and cars. This work should not have been signed off - the task manager needs to be made aware and ensure the loose chip is removed. Also the work is not consistent with recent asphalting in the area - Athelstan St and Barrington Street. The latter work is a big improvement with quality workmanship. It is a pity good work can be un-done by someone deciding 'that's good enough' and vacating the area, leaving the locals to live with the result
