The reporter’s words
a rubbish bin is clearly visible when walking the walk/bike track just below Summit rd, back towards the Latter Spur track. The bin has been pushed off the road from Summit rd so can be accessed by the track below, and is pretty much in line with Sugarloaf station. The bin is missing the wheels and lid.
