White pillar box thing leaking badly the blocked drain in the footpath is not helping been this way for a year POST COMPLETION COMMENT The top of the pillar box has been broken and screw fixed crookedly. Silt was swept into the drain. The mid footpath drain is still blocked. Can you send someone to tidy up the messy job, remove the silt and leaves from the drain in the middle of the footpath. Is there any supervision of these jobs?? Photos added of poorly reinstalled and broken lid, silt in drain and blocked footpath drain grating
