Is this the correct forum to report illegal and dangerously parked vehicles?. First report 19.03 then bumped, reported again 10.04 then bumped, again 01.05 and here’s another report for the same vehicle. Vision is obscured for vehicles exiting driveways either side of this car which is dangerous as the road narrows to one lane, and vehicles speed.
