So tired of cars double parking and parking sentries end of Rawhiti Avenue where there is no parking. The blue car obviously is associated with the rugby club and double parks in the middle of street in more that 5 occasions. His car has sign writing so a poor advocate for his business. Double parking at the end of the street also created chaos as cars can’t get out
