The reporter’s words
This huge willow hangs over the river creating a h&s hazard on my property. The absentee landlord has rejected all our requests to prune this tree. Small kids find it attractive to swing off and no doubt I will find one of them dead in the river in due course. I require all branches that overhang our property to be removed.
