Overgrown Vegetation
Reported Thursday, 14 May 2026 at 4:40 pm, 143 Studholme Street, Somerfield, Christchurch 8024, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Please cut back the overgrown shrubbery surrounding the bridge from Ashgrove Terrace through to the Ernlea Clarke Reserve. It is impossible for pedestrians and cyclists to see each other. This hazard has resulted in me being involved in two near collisions both with cyclists and pedestrians in the past two weeks. With reference to the attached photo this matter was first notified over a month ago and now needs URGENT attention.
