Pavement - Damaged
Reported Thursday, 14 May 2026 at 6:13 pm, 22 Heathglen Avenue, Parklands, Christchurch 8083, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
The unused water meter/toby box is damaged, and the lid no longer sits flat. This creates a hazard on the footpath, as someone could easily trip or twist their ankle. We have attempted to level it; however, the surrounding area is broken and unstable.
