The reporter’s words
Car parked in cycle lane. Driver in vehicle using mobile phone. Male driver got out of car and attempted to intimidate after realizing I had taken a photo. I didn't engage, beyond indicating he was parked in a cycle lane. His hazard lights were on. The car was no longer there~15 mins later when a friend cycled the same track. Possibly an Uber?
