the meter box at 30 Beverley street is leaking in the garden on the outside of property the elderly lady lives on her own and has been getting bills for excessive water use. if the leak is on the metered side of her supply is it possible to get these fees reversed? it is unlikely she has been using excessive amounts of water and in order to save money she has been being excessively carefull with her water use.
