I asked the homeowner if I could see the usage bill from council to check the serial numbers on meter. The homeowner at 11a is being charged for the usage at 9a property. The council have the wrong serial numbers and are charging the wrong property. The meter for 11a is slightly passing on the council side. along with the staggering revolution of it turning over I have put a request in with ccc to replace the meter.
