The reporter’s words
Wigram road becomes heavy and busy in day and night. There is no street light and proper road layout on Wigram road between Musgrove close and Hayton road. Particular dangerous in the night you don’t see the bike person and not enough space to pass them. Also very dangerous for people to walk on the side of road as there is no footpath. This bit of road has been left in dark for many many years.
