Roads - General
Reported Wednesday, 20 May 2026 at 5:08 pm, 41 Huntsbury Ave, Canterbury, Christchurch 8022, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
This is a 90 degree corner. The bus cannot get down easily without crossing centre line. Cars coming down too fast to react if you drive up. There’s not enough space. This is representative all the way. Suggest more yellow lines, removal of centre line, slower speeds. There’s a problem, going up requires crossing centre line. Coming down requires giving way and cars don’t. In the vent of an accident who is at fault. This is quite a problem.
