Accessibility for pedestrians. the vehicles park blocking the route from the park footpath to the shopping area. in the first photo you can see the flag of a mobility scooter user who just happened along while I was checking this previously logged issue. pedestrians are forced into the driveway with entering and exiting vehicles. Also the gate forces mobility device users onto the landscaping
