Overgrown eucalyptus tree. It was planted too close to fence line. It is damaging the fence, crowding out a native Kowhai, blocking all winter sun from adjacent property and at risk of the roots damaging waste water infrastructure. Can this tree please be removed (preferred), or extensively pruned?
