Roading/Streets
Reported Thursday, 6 August 2015 at 10:01 am, 1 Durham Street South, Sydenham, Christchurch 8023, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Pedestrian crossing light always on when no pedestrians are there and none touched the button. Delaying the left turning traffic everytime. I have been sat at the lights fixing potholes on Durham and watched these lights do this every time for about 20min
