I’m not sure how long this notice has been up. I usually use South Library, but until it is reopened I am using Spreydon Library. It is convenient to park in the 30 minute parking near the library to pop in and return books and pick up reserves, only 5 minutes max. It appears this is now illegal. Here is a council facility with no free parking.
