Traffic Signals
Reported Monday, 25 May 2026 at 1:58 pm, 33 Main South Road, Sockburn, Christchurch 8042, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
When turning right from main south road to highway 73, ( Curletts road), when driving from sockburn, There is no time given and no "green arrow right turn", to allow cars to clear lane when all lanes are repeatedly full and worse when a predistern call switch is active. Other similar intersections have a green arrow to control this que jam when busy. This would be a reasonable expectation at this type of controlled intersection for a green arrow turn Can you please fix this. Much appreciated.
