The reporter’s words
The woman who feeds her horses along this road has 2 small white dogs that are frequently loose and not under effective control. They regularly run into the road, chase vehicles and road workers and approach people walking dogs in an aggressive manner. This occurs every time I walk my dog past her property. The owner appears unable to recall or control the dogs when they are out. As a result they pose a safety risk to pedestrians, road workers, other dogs, motorists and the dogs themselves.
