The reporter’s words

Cars turning right are blocking the left turn lane because the intersection is slightly out alignment. Can we have some temporary bollards to keep right turning cars in their lane. This has been exacerbated because of the traffic diversion down Rothesay and Putake Roads which includes large buses.
