The amount of algae/small plants/weeds that are growing in the pond beside Kathy Kiwi Park in Prestons seems to be increasing. Is this something the council can clear like weed in the Avon? Is it bad for animal life? Just wondering what can be done. Doesn’t seem to be on any of the other ponds in the suburb.
