Pavement - General
Reported Sunday, 14 June 2026 at 11:12 am, 39 Arlington St, Canterbury, Christchurch 8053, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
A railing has come completely out of its mountings. It’s at the Arlington Street end of this alleyway off Memorial Avenue. Plenty of scope for cyclists to run into the railing, into the mountings, or to come out the alleyway too quickly and hit somebody; we get a lot of people using Lime scooters through here too.
