Drains appear blocked not removing water from pavement causing issues with pedestrians going to and from school along a busy school drive route. This is consistently one of the last stretches along Eastern terrace that still floods. Rain has stopped and the water is not draining away. Trying to scoop the grate with a rake and there is nothing being removed. So must be blocked between the road and the river, where the drain runs to.
