The reporter’s words
Sumner Promenade Please could we the large pitholes, broken sesn and very large puddles in the vicinity of Stoke St repaired before the summer. They have been getting steadily worse over the last 5 years . The Promenade is walked on by thousands of visitors and christchurch people every week so a basic level of underfoot surface would seem a reasonable objective/standard for post-earthquake Christchurch. Many thanks, Alisdair hutchison
