The reporter’s words

Drain cover snapped & fell into the hole it’s covering again. The metal frame holding it in place has been broken for 4 months. Every time the cover is broken I report it & ask them to repair the frame, they have come & replaced the cover 5 times. High schooler biking home today fell into the road & nearly died.
