The reporter’s words
The gate to Maryland Reserve has tipped so is difficult for the members of the Canterbury Canine Obedience Club to lift into place to lock it. I am concerned someone will strain their back. When the big sewer was put in, the gate was removed but was not replaced with adequate concreting. Thank you for your attention on this matter. Rick Holcomb, dog agility instructor at CCOC.
