Hello acknowledge & appreciate the swift response by the CCC to clean the gutter on Rugby Street. There is a grey area,consistently missed by the contractors. That being where Naseby St meets Rugby St and as one can see by the photos there is a tremendous buildup of leaves in the council garden which contains giant agapanthus. With heavy leaf fall from the berm trees & Reserve trees if the leaves aren't sucked up/Removed from the garden,&the gutter they migrate to the stormwater = BLOCKED DRAINS
