The reporter’s words

Could the City Council please install lighting around Harrington Park near the public bathrooms due to health and safety concerns? During winter it gets dark very early, often around 6pm, which leaves the area with no lighting and makes it unsafe for the community. There have also been young people gathering in the park in the evenings, playing loud music and forming groups, which could startle people and make the environment feel uncomfortable for those walking through. This can be concerning
