The reporter’s words

I would like to report repeated illegal rubbish dumping into our red rubbish bin at 22 Besant Place, Avondale Christchurch 8061. This has now happened twice. Today, someone dumped a broken fan into our red bin without our permission. We are concerned that we may receive a Council warning or be charged for something that we did not put in the bin. This is upsetting, as we always dispose of our rubbish correctly and do not want to be held responsible for other people's actions. appreciate yourhelp
