The reporter’s words

This flooding across the path has been constant over the last couple of months. Sometimes it goes away for a couple of days, but then it comes back again at the moment. It isn’t as bad as it has been but it is impassable on foot so people are going across the grass and damaging the lawn. There is also a problem with people going onto this reserve on lime scooters et cetera and I wonder if the lime scooters should be blocked from going into this area. The biggest problem though is the flooding.
