The reporter’s words
Very poor choice of gravel recently added to path. Deep bed of round marble like stones in path with hard surfaces on either side. As gravel is moved out to bricks by bikes the effect is like scattering marbles on the path. Previously this was hard packed angular chat rock that was a fine surface for bikes and runners. This is a hazard now.
